Our form review process is simple and efficient! Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Record a video of your form from the side and from behind. Both angles are critical for a proper review.

Step 2: Upload your video to google drive, YouTube, or another platform that you can share a link.

Step 3: Coach T will review your submission and provide detailed feedback to help you improve and achieve your goals.

Step 4: Coach will send you a link which contains your review.

Each form review purchase will include one video response from Coach T. Make sure to upload a side and behind angle of your form for best results!

Reviews are typically completed each weekend. Please contact us if your review hasn't occurred within 7 days.
